Online conference on digital competencies in teaching and training

The online conference “Digitale Kompetenzen vermitteln, aber wie?” will take place on 3 November 2021.

Due to the increasing digitization of our society, digital competencies become more and more important as qualifications for university graduates.

Therefore, the question arises how digital competencies can be imparted alongside discipline-specific contents in the context of the different study programmes.

This issue will be the focus of the online conference „Digitale Kompetenzen vermitteln, aber wie? – Einbindung von Themen und Methoden der Digitalisierung in die eigene Lehre“, which is organized by the team of the Projece for teaching development for Data Literacy (DaLiJe) de and the  Stabsstelle Digitale Universität de.

In the morning sessions lecturers will present their experiences with the implementation of digital topics in their courses. In the afternoon selected tools and concepts will be presentend in more detail in the frame of parallel workshops.

All interested lecturers and students of the Friedrich University Jena are invited to participate and to share their opinions.

The event is the second part of the series of events „Digitale Kompetenzen für die Arbeitswelt heute und morgen“ that has been initiated by the Stabsstelle Digitale Universität in cooperation with the Akademie für Lehrentwicklung de last year.
